Orders & Payment

- All orders must be prepaid at the time of checkout.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion and issue a full refund to the customer.
- We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay through our secure payment processor.
- Send a message to us if you want to pay using Venmo or Paypal.

Shipping & Fulfillment

- Orders are typically fulfilled and shipped within 7 days of purchase.
- We offer standard US shipping via USPS. Contact us for other shipping methods.
- We ship internationally, but customers outside the U.S. should contact us via the contact form before placing an order.
- Shipping times may vary depending on location and carrier delays beyond our control.

Returns & Cancellations

- Returns are accepted. To initiate a return, email hello@vanabliss.com with your order number.
- Customers may cancel or modify an order by contacting us before the item is shipped.
- Refunds will be processed promptly for canceled orders.

Intellectual Property

- All designs and products are original creations of Vanabliss.
- Customers may not reproduce or resell any Vanabliss designs without explicit permission.
- Reselling Vanabliss products must include credit to the original creator.

Customization Policy

- We offer custom color options for most kits.
- Customers may purchase the headlight-only portion of the kit if they prefer.
- The flood light cutout can be customized to be either included or left blank and flat.
- If you have special customization requests, please reach out before placing your order.

Liability Disclaimer

- The installation instructions provided on this website should be followed by a trusted mechanic.
- Vanabliss is not liable for any damage to car parts or components during the installation process.
- Customers assume full responsibility for the installation and use of our products.
